adminp and RnRmgr tasks stop when fixup run on names.nsf

When the fixup task run on the names.nsf (cluster server 8.5.1 on Windows server 2008)
the 2 tasks adminp and RnRmgr stop. We should start then manualy.

Is it a bug ?

The log of the server just before the tasks stop:
